Biography

Born in Toronto, Ann McCall has lived and worked in Montreal since 1974.

She received a BA from McGill University, studied drawing and printmaking at the University of Pittsburgh, and completed a BFA at Concordia University.

Since 1977, she had over 65 drawing, printmaking or painting solo exhibitions in Canada, the US and Australia, and has participated in over 250 international group print exhibitions.

Ann Mc Call was elected to the Royal Canadian Academy of Arts in 1981 and served as president from 2010 to 2012. She is a member of Atelier Circulaire.
